POP ETC YOURS TRULY SESSIONS

Remember when The Morning Benders performed ‘Excuses’ for Yours Truly back in 2010? Well check out this equally beautiful session their new band POP ETC just did for them of their song ‘Keep It For Your Own’ (from their self-titled album out 8th June via Rough Trade/ Rhythmtehod):

MP3: DOWNLOAD TWO SONGS FROM POP ETC DEBUT ALBUM

POP ETC  (formally The Morning Benders) will release their debut album on 8 June 2012 via Rough Trade/Rhythmethod.

Having released Big Echo on Rough Trade and having played many a dive bar, school quad, house party, county fair and pizza parlor (some of them in Australia), the band decided “the name had simply become too distracting. The MUSIC has always been our number one focus, and we want to present that to people in as pure a way as possible.” From henceforth we shall be known as POP ETC.

You can now grab a download of two songs that will appear on the new record ‘Halfway To Heaven’ and ‘Everything Is Gone’.

The tracks first appeared on a POP ETC mixtape which you can download here.
