XL Recordings / Rhythmethod will release Portishead’s ‘Chase The Tear’ on vinyl for the first time in November 2011.
‘Chase The Tear’, which Portishead performed live on the Jimmy Fallon Show on October 5th, will be made available on limited edition 12” vinyl and comes backed with a version of the track by Toronto’s Doldrums.
‘Chase The Tear’ will come with a code to download the mp3 versions, and will also be available to buy at Portishead live shows.
All proceeds from the release will go to Amnesty International.
