Pointer Recordings is thrilled to announce the signing of Jamaica Moana to their growing roster. The Sydney-based artist, rapper, creative director & songwriter of Ma?ori (Ng?puhi/Tainui) and Samoan descent makes her Pointer Recordings debut with fiery new single ‘CYA‘.

Balancing her professional career as a multidisciplinary artist, whilst being a leader & resident commentator of the Australian ballroom community, Jamaica Moana currently works on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and is spiritually entwined with Hokianga and Waikato in the motherland of Aotearoa.
In 2018 Jamaica Moana make her explosive musical debut with ‘FUR‘ – a fierce single that was quickly cemented as a queer community anthem, and was followed up with a 2019 collaboration with Paul Mac & Jonny Seymour (who collectively became Stereogamous) on ‘Just Like This’.
