Jens Lekman has shared the official video for his new single “How We Met, the Long Version.” In the video, Jens dances, sings and strums his guitar in front of a backdrop of the galaxy. It’s fitting for a song where Lekman sings about “A Cambrian explosion,” likening it to love at first sight.
“How We Met, the Long Version” is the latest track Lekman has shared from his new album, Life Will See You Now, which is currently out on Secretly Canadian. The song recently earned “Best New Track” honors from Pitchfork who compared it to “one of Arthur Russell’s forgotten Loose Joints bangers.”
