Scott Walker has announced the ‘Childhood Of A Leader’ Soundtrack; an orchestral work to accompany Brady’s Corbet’s directorial debut to be released on the 19th of August through 4AD.
The ‘Childhood Of A Leader‘ soundtrack is Walker’s first soundtrack since the outstanding score for 1999’s ‘Pola X’. Listen to a snippet of “RUN” below from the upcoming work:
Partly inspired by Jean-Paul Sartre’s short story of the same name, The Childhood Of A Leader is a tense psychological drama tracing the formative years of a young boy and set against the backdrop of the 1919 Paris Peace Conference that led to the establishment of the Treaty of Versailles.
