Music icon and national treasure Mavis Staples was recently nominated for two GRAMMY’s for performances on her new album Sad And Beautiful World, which was released last year.
Her renditions of the Kevin Morby song ‘Beautiful Strangers’ (Best American Roots Performance) and Frank Ocean’s ‘Godspeed’ (Best Americana Performance) were both nominated.
